The Weisswurst was invented 1857 in Munich by Joseph Moser and has since become one of the most popular Bavarian traditions. The Weisswurst is prepared in broiling water and then eaten without the skin. Weisswurst is commonly served with a special Bavarian sweet mustard, prezels & wheatbeer.


Ingredients: pork, pork loin, water, salt, phosphate salt, onions, spices, parsley, chives.
